My Hobbit needs an upgrade!.

Sam, my husband (who I affectionately call “My Hobbit”) has Usher’s Syndrome.  He is deaf and going rapidly, completely blind.  We found out recently that his old CI (Cochlear Implant) processor was obsolete, and he would have to get a completely new one for his implant.  Please check out the link above for more information.
