An Ode to her

Does she like me or not?
I can’t tell.
If she wasn’t a bitch,
she’d be swell.
I might like her without
the sharp tongue
Then on what could
her wit be hung
Reduced to passive aggressive
sarcastic attacks
It’s really the backbone
she lacks
You don’t need a backbone
to backstab
Or a license to run
a methlab
So I guess in the end
she’ll be fine
Not everyone ages
like wine
